One more day to seal the deal for these players on the Full Tilt Leaderboards. It’s been a wild ride for all three leaderboard categories this month and it’s just the type of excitement we’d like to see leading us into a brand new month. We’ve got new players seasoning all three top tens right along with the great regulars who are all gunning for first place before the end of tomorrow. Whoever can manage to make a jump to 1st place by the end of tomorrow will be a happy camper – with the prestige of a first place win along with its nice prize.

bethwolf22 has played a spectacular week jumping from last week’s 8th place to 1st for today! bethwolf reminds me of when I first started analyzing the Full Tilt Leaderboards because each week she made it clear that she would be part of the top ten one way or another. It’s good to see her back, staying strong and on top with 16,834.90 in chips. play bazaar Her next closest competitor PimpinDonks is hardly a donk as he’s had some impressive stats here on the MTT leaderboard as well. Last week alone Donks sat comfortably in 1st place above the rest. With just 100 chips behind bethwolf PimpinDonks may be licking his lips as he watches first place draw nearer and nearer. One good sized win and Donks will steal this April show if beth isn’t careful.
Pimpnuho lands a 3rd place spot this week after placing 5th during April 22nd’s analysis. Pimpnuho has demonstrated time and time again that he’s got what it takes to stick around and snag a top ten finish and he’s definitely one of Full Tilt’s MTT regulars. doomweed has dropped a place to 4th thi sweek. Surprisingly bparis has also dropped to 5th place this week. bparis is a skilled player and I still wouldn’t put anything past him just yet. chronicATM stepped up his game over the course of the week rising to 6th place from last week’s 10th position. Proving that just about anything is possible, toilet22 has risen 15 places to 7th overall from last week’s 23rd place. I’d be inclined to say that toilet hit a spot of luck but we’ll have to see what tomorrow brings before we make any quick assumptions. Even more impressive and in the same boat ast toilet, OneoneOne has jumped up to 8th from 50th place.
MoormanI who has shown up on the MTT top ten here and there has dropped to 9th after sitting in 2nd place last week. Rounder63, anther decent player has dropped to 10th.
Current April 29th Top Ten SNG Leaders – High Limit:
1 phatchoy888 26334.90
2 time4sumakshun 25168.10
3 moneyinthebank1 22900.50
4 beanmo 19303.80
5 happygabita 19122.90
6 jeppg1111 18665.70
7 Hezballer 16620.70
8 Saint Annie 16570.50
9 Mement_mori 15397.20
10 HowBadDoIRun 14926.40
It’s proving to be a nck and neck race here on the high limit SNG top ten as phatchoy888 and time4sumakshun trade places in the top two this week. The four players in the top four positions could quite possibly be the best players on the high limit board, period. It looks like April will belong to phatchoy888 but we’ll have to see if time4sumakshun, moneyinthebank1 or beanmo have any tricks up their sleeves in order to pull ahead for the win. happygabita has made a modest rise to 5th place after having been in 9th just last week. jeppg1111, a decent but undecorated player has fallen to 6th after a few moments of glory in 3rd place overall.
Hezballer and Saint Annie have consecutively dropped one place each to 7th and 8th, respectively. Below them comes Mement_mori a well established player who has enough skill to potentially take this leaderboard down in the last moments of the last day. HowBadDoIRun isn’t running too badly this week after a jump to 10th place after having been in 14th last week. His jump could very well nab him his first top ten win tomorrow.
Current April 29th Top Ten SNG Leaders – Low Limit:
1 tcmwpti 11823.80
2 kokmus 10154.30
3 MajorPolk 9825.60
4 antzzor 9568.70
5 einsammy 9304.50
6 ObvFish 9060.00
7 Peristeria 8681.00
8 timo82samuel 8667.90
9 kjh8448 8405.90
10 Ingenol 8352.40
Though MajorPolk has dominated the 1st place position for much of this month, tcmwpti nabbed this position out of his hands last week and has returned again for another week in the top position. Hot on his heels, kokmus is in 2nd place fighting for his turn on top. To add insult to injury, MajorPolk not only has been knocked out of first but he’s fallen to 3rd place this week. With only one day left these positions may stick as it’s harder to make huge gains in small amounts of time on the lower limit SNG board. Whatever the case, there are three very good players leading the pack. einsammy, one of the low limit veterans on Full Tilt is pulling his own weight in 5th place this week. In watching einsammy you can be almost certain his position will be rising each week. He went from 9th two weeks ago, to 8th, and now he’s in a comfortable 5th. Can he better position himself for a 3rd or 4th place win in
Check back next Tuesday for a listing of all April’s top ten winners across the three FTP leaderboards. Next week will be a double whammy as far as leaderboard analysis goes because not only will I be announcing and analyzing April’s winners I’ll bring forth the current leaders for the first week of May in all three categories.

Full-Tilt Leaderboards – Current Winners Apr22
It’s April 22nd and players on Full Tilt’s three leaderboards have been keeping the action juicy for the third week in a row. It’s always a pleasure covering Full Tilt’s leaderboards and I can expect only the best from a lot of these players in what they bring to the table each week. All three boards look to be a bit more stable this week as opposed to the dynamic nature of previous two weeks. Still early in the month, players were floating up and down the leaderboards with no real direction the past few weeks. Seven days have passed and it seems we’re starting to see some players hold their ground more firmly.

Today’s Analysis:
Current April 22nd Top Ten MTT Leaders:
1 PimpinDonk 13167.80
2 MoormanI 11034.10
3 doomweed 10875.40
4 bparis 9892.30
5 Pimpnuho 9054.00
6 USCphildo 8816.80
7 Rounder63 8439.60
8 bethwolf22 8404.10
9 eat da fish 8287.90
10 chronicATM 8235.40
PimpinDonks has held a top ten position for 19 of the past 30 days. His persistence has paid off this month as he’s sitting in 1st place for the thirteenth day in a row. PimpinDonks has about a 2,000 chip lead on the 2nd place holder, MoormanI – the highest difference in chips for any two consecutive positions in the top ten right now. MoormanI is in 2nd place for the second week in a row after being in 143rd place just three weeks ago. Both of these players are newer to the MTT top ten and I was unsure whether or not they’d be able to stick around long enough to see the end of the month. Slowly but surely they’re proving their worth as their leads are pretty solid and continuing.
doomweed has made a mad dash for the top climbing to 3rd place overall from last week’s 6th position. Like MoormanI, doomweed rose to 6th place last week after having been in 140th place the prior week. His continual efforts to climb to the top show that he’s not just your average luckbox.
bparis is one of those players you can expect a lot of action from. Out of everyone in the top ten right now, bparis is one of the most accomplished. In January he scored a 5th place overall top ten win, he’s held numerous positions in both the MTT and high limit SNG for Full Tilt, and has also seated himself positions on Pokerstars’ Leaderboard. In fact, bparis is in 6th place right now on Pokerstars. paris is definitely a player that PimpinDonks should be keeping an eye on in the next week or so.
Like paris, USCphildo is skilled in his art and has enjoyed many great wins over his short career playing poker. Being that he’s only 23 years old, more good things are bound to come his way. Only furthering the level of respect he truly deserves, crypto gambling has held top ten positions on both Full Tilt and Pokerstars MTT leaderboards simultaneously. Last week phildo sat in 9th place, lower than his current 6th place position. Occupying positions on both the Full Tilt and Pokerstars leaderboards at once is an accomplishment in itself and shows that he has what it takes to mark this down as a win come April 30th.
Current April 22nd Top Ten SNG Leaders – High Limit:
1 time4sumakshun 21944.60
2 phatchoy888 20622.00
3 jeppg1111 17991.60
4 moneyinthebank1 17432.70
5 Mement_mori 15203.60
6 Hezballer 13903.90
7 Saint Annie 13358.20
8 beanmo 12979.10
9 happygabita 12375.20
10 MGDOGG 10934.70
time4sumakshun has shaken things up this week after leapfrogging last week’s 1st place holder phatchoy888. I wouldn’t count phatchoy out just yet though as there’s still eight days left in this competition. jeppg1111 is staying consistent as well staying in 3rd place for the third week in a row. Can he hold his position through the end of the month and take home a 3rd place win? moneyinthebank1 climbed the leaderboard as expected and rose one spot to 4th overall right now. moneyinthebank1 is a great SNG player and time4sumakshun and phatchoy888 won’t be taking the top two positions without a fight. Due to moneyinthebanks jump, Mement_mori was knocked back a notch to 5th place overall. beanmo is surprisingly staying in 8th place for another week. I had expected him to climb at least a couple positions in the leaderboard over the week.
Current April 22nd Top Ten SNG Leaders – Low Limit:
1 tcmwpti 9903.80
2 MajorPolk 9474.70
3 kokmus 8036.30
4 WPTfuji 6763.00
5 number1luckyone 6749.20
6 Peristeria 6601.80
7 Ingenol 6516.10
8 einsammy 6414.30
9 ObvFish 6398.30
10 timo82samuel 6253.50
tcmwpti nabbed 1st place from MajorPolk over the course of the week and it looks like this new player is sitting pretty on top. MajorPolk is still going strong though with a decent chip lead on our 3rd place contender kokmus. Having a chiplead on kokmus doesn’t mean much though, as he’s got enough skill to tip the odds in his favor anyway on a lot of players. WPTfuji, another great low stakes SNG player is currently in 4th place, one position up from last week. It’s good to see einsammy back on the board after having been absent for quite some time. Last week einsammy was in 9th place and can be found in 8th today. A player like einsammy has nowhere to go but up!
With just over one week to go before April’s winners are crowned and awarded prizes, these players are probably feeling the pressure to up their game to the next level to ensure good positions by April 30th. Check back next week for a a quick look at what the leaderboards will look like just two days before we go over the winners!

Full Tilt Hearings Closed to the Public
Full Tilt Poker’s upcoming hearing before the Alderney Gambling Control Commission will be held behind closed doors, according to a recent report. The public will receive all of its information second hand once the proceedings get underway on September 19. This decision was made on the request of Full Tilt, who feel that privacy during their rough patch is of the utmost importance.
“I am pleased,” said AGCC Executive Director Andre Wilsenach, “that the FTP hearing will continue as scheduled, as was argued on my behalf. However, I am disappointed with the tribunal’s decision that, notwithstanding my arguments to the contrary, the hearing will be held in private. I believe the public has a right to know the reasoning behind the decisions to suspend FTP’s licences and call a hearing, and to hear the evidence that will be put forward on my behalf. It is my understanding that the tribunal conducted a difficult balancing exercise of the interests of the various parties, taking into account the legal arguments for and against further postponing the hearing, and for and against allowing the public to attend the proceedings.”
The above comments come courtesy of iGaming Business, who reprinted a portion of Wilsenach’s statement earlier today.
For now, players and advertisers remain out in the cold. Full Tilt currently owes a great deal of money to its former users, and their media partners have been actively seeking a way to file recovery claims. With both the Alderney hearing and a possible purchase on the horizon, the future for the current management team at Full Tilt is fairly bleak. No matter the final decisions, it is likely that the company will not relaunch with its current leadership at the helm.
Full Tilt Poker has another lawsuit on their hands, this time by virtue of Canada’s Consumer Law Group. This lawsuit, of the class action variety, was filed in the Superior Court of Quebec on September 8. It bases its case upon the claims of “crypto gambling in Canada who have money being held in their Full Tilt Poker Player Accounts since approximately June 30th 2011, or any other group to be determined by the Court,” according to the official release.
Contrary to expectations, the primary victims in this lawsuit are not the highrollers who boasted massive online bankrolls. Instead, says the Montreal Gazette, “The lead plaintiff in the class action is a Montreal man, Mitchell Schnurbach, who had between $1 and $5 in his player account.” Indeed, a great deal of the players involved in the class action lawsuit have “much smaller accounts,” according to Consumer Law Group lawyer Jeff Orenstein.
While the majorty may be small, the total estimated loss for Canadian players is estimated to be between $5-$10 million.
Since the events of Black Friday, Full Tilt has faced major problems on several fronts. Things came to a head in late June, when the British gaming commission of Alderney revoked the company’s online license. Since then, players across the globe have been locked out of their accounts. Several lawsuits have been filed against the former online gaming giant, of which this Canadian effort is the latest.
While a hearing before the Alderney commission is scheduled to take place in the near future, delays and a possible purchase by outside investors continue to cast a cloud over Full Tilt and its former players.
